Cannabis Science Inc is has a parent company that is the biggest cannabis social marketing platform. They have chosen to buy PRE ICO Dispensaries and open up their CBIS Pharmacy to compete with the local dispensaries. I call that unfair competition and unethical. The actual purchase of their PRE ICO licenses are questionable because one of the licenses they have purchased is owned by St. Andrews Green Cooperative. St Andrews Green Cooperative board never approved any sale and did not sell any asset or license. St. Andrews Green Cooperative DBA WeedWay is operating at 7031 Foothill Blvd. Tujunga, CA 91042.
