Raymond C. Dabney President of CBIS continues his shady dealings.

Los Angeles, CA - Locally operated St. Andrews Green Cooperative announced today that it has sent a
letter to Cannabis Science Inc President Raymond C. Dabney to inform him and Cannabis Science Inc
that St. Andrews Green Cooperative license (BTRC) nor any of its assets are for sale. St. Andrews
Green Cooperative DBA WeedWay is a PRE ICO dispensary located in Los Angeles.

Towards the end of 2017, St. Andrews Green Cooperative discovered that Cannabis Science Inc had 
acquired their BTRC from a Kathy Smith without the Boards knowledge nor approval.  St. Andrews 
Green Coop is operating at 7031 Foothill Blvd. Tujunga, CA 91042 and has had its  location since 2014.
Cannabis Science Inc released they had purchased 2 PRE ICO dispensaries and their stock skyrocketed
from .04 to .14 cents. While Cannabis Science is trying to improve investor confidence and widen 
reach into the cannabis industry. It’s President has not been known to be the most ethical leader being 
fined and banned by the SEC. Mr. Dabney has been fined for running schemes to profit himself while 
robbing it’s shareholders of the truth. In addition to St. Andrews Green Cooperative, Cannabis Science 
has acquired it’s second PRE ICO BTRC without due diligence and properly venting the license.  

Cannabis Science Inc released a statement that it has 2 locations under construction and is looking to 
open up in January 2018. While they have missed their deadline and not yet received a temporary 
approval from the City of Los Angeles. It’s President released another press release stating that they 
will be having a Black Tie Gala in Beverly Hills, CA once both their locations are opened.  

We contacted St. Andrews Green Cooperative for their thoughts on the unauthorized sale of their 
BTRC. Arnie Abramyan the CFO/Chairman of St. Andrews Green Cooperative replied, “This is 
ludicrous! A company of Cannabis Science Inc caliber and it’s parent company WeedMaps.com to 
make such a careless mistake and mislead their shareholders is a shame for the cannabis industry. All 
WeedMaps had to do was check their customer base and see if St. Andrews Green Cooperative was/is 
their customer because when you google St. Andrews Green, the weedmaps listing pops up. Greed has 
destroyed common sense and the Green Rush for Los Angeles seems like it’s going to be a painful 
challenge for the actual Angelenos who have blood/sweat equity in Los Angeles for the past decade. 
Large companies are starving to get into the Los Angeles Cannabis Market and are willing to do so at 
the cost of robbing angelenos. Mr. Dabney has not responded to any of my emails, now our attorneys 
are involved.”

Arnie Abramyan is not only the CFO/Chairman of St. Andrews Green Cooperative DBA WeedWay. 
He is also the President/Co-Founder of Los Angeles Cannabis Chamber of Commerce which was 
formed to represent and protect the Los Angeles Cannabis Businesses in City/County of Los Angeles. 
Surprisingly, he is one of the victims of Big Corporations who are looking to increase their stock price 
and market cap. LACCC will fight against injustice and protect angelenos who have been good 
operators for years.

St. Andrews Green Coop DBA WeedWay President/CEO Rocio Gallegos is outraged on the discovery 
of CBIS dealings. Rocio Gallegos, “I've worked hard for the past 4 years to make sure St. Andrews 
Green Coop remains open and compliant. We've gone through raids and robberies and burglaries. Now 
the ultimate heist of our BTRC by CBIS. My Latin roots will not allow this to happen. I'm a fighter at 
heart and will give every drop of my blood to win this battle with Cannabis Science. This is not right, 
this is not okay. As my grandmother has taught me, “fight for what you believe in and what’s yours.” 
I have a stake in SAG and I have not sold or given it away. This is not right, we are hard working 
individuals who believed in the benefits of cannabis when it was questioned by many. We helped 
cancer patients fight the good fight. We are the true Angelenos.  I will not allow whats ours to be stolen 
from us for the greater good of a few crooks who have already made millions by announcing their 
acquisition of our Cooperative’s BTRC. I call on our Attorney General Xavier Becerra, City Attorney 
Mike Feuer, and SEC Senior Attorney Deena Bernstein for  a full investigation of Cannabis Science Inc
and CBIS stock and to keep a close eye on Cannabis Science Inc President. CBIS President is known 
to release false press releases to increase their stock price. We need our attorneys to protect us from 
monsters like Cannabis Science Inc and WeedMaps.”

St. Andrews Green Cooperative has applied for their city licensing and is waiting for their temporary
